Karolina holds a Master's degree in Psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw (2012 to 2016) and completed

postgraduate studies in Positive Sport Psychology at the same university (2018 to 2019). She is an ICF ACC

Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation, 2022), a certified CoachWise method coach (2019 to 2021),

and a certified mindfulness teacher for children and youth in the Eline Snel method (2020). She has practised

mindfulness regularly for six years.

She gained her professional experience providing psychological support to the Polish National Ballet at Teatr

Wielki, the Polish National Opera, and as a career coach, business coach and trainer in international organisations

including Allegro, L'Oréal and Skanska. She is also a guest lecturer at the Łódź Film School, teaching assertiveness

and effective communication in demanding professional environments.

For over four years she has run her own private practice in psychological support and coaching, working with adults

through personal crises, burnout, career transitions and the demands of leadership roles. She also provides mental

skills training for dancers, artists, young athletes, parents and executives, including recovery after injury, anxiety and

stress.

The main focus of her practice today is relational trauma, emotional regulation and nervous system integration. She

works through Sarah Peyton's Resonant Healing approach, having completed Level 1 with Aneta Stępień-

Proszewska, a certified advanced practitioner of the method. She is currently in Level 2 and preparing for

certification directly with Sarah Peyton. Inher work, she combines somatic techniques inspired by Somatic

Experiencing, CBT, and vagus nerve self-regulation. She regularly receives supervision in sport psychology, somatic

practice, and the Resonant Healing method. This approach uses deep somatic resonance and empathy to reach

difficult emotions stored in the body and gently turn the inner critic into a feeling of safety and self-kindness.
